It is a very heavy casting. Using this all day, every day, would give you
a right forearm like Popeye’s.
Late 19th century with Mahogany Infill.
Although it has a very old repair to the handle and has had a few knocks in it's long working life, it is otherwise in nice condition for its 120 odd years.
